  • All rights to uploaded photos and videos are held by the user.

  • Any photos or videos you upload to FamilyAlbum are stored on our servers.

    While some of the app's functions will use uploaded photos and/or videos to automatically create digital photobooks and video collages (1s Movies), your content isn't used in any other way.

    Rest assured that we greatly value your privacy. The following measures are in place to protect your information.

    -The latest technologies are used to encrypt the data sent between your device and our servers.
    -The server is protected by a strong firewall, preventing unauthorized outside access.
    -Access to our servers is protected by secure passwords, two-factor authentication, SSH key authentication, etc.
    -The safety of our systems has been confirmed through security inspections by outside agencies.

  • Mom and Dad can delete photos and videos by using the menu at the top right of the Photo/Video Info screen.

    Grandparents and other family members can only delete photos and videos that they uploaded themselves. Photos and videos deleted from your album are also deleted from our servers.

  • Photos and videos you upload, including content that's generated by the app, can only be seen by the uploader and their invited family members. Anyone who is not invited cannot view your content.

    Your information won't be shared with any third parties or used for marketing purposes. However, your information may be referred to in the following circumstances:

    -When we have your express consent.
    -In order to provide customer support. The minimum amount of information required will be used in these cases.
    -In order to investigate unauthorized access or security issues. The minimum amount of information required will be used in these cases.
    -When creating photobooks or DVDs. Your information will be shared with the manufacturer in these cases. Manufacturers have the same security measures in place as our company, and any information used will be disposed of after production.
    -When we're requested to do so by law or by a government agency.
