FamilyAlbum photobooks are made in Japan, shipped via international mail, and delivered by your local postal service. Orders generally take around 2-3 weeks to arrive. In most cases, your order will be placed in your mailbox.

FamilyAlbum photobooks consist of one cover photo and 22 photos inside. Currently, it's not possible to create photobooks with blank pages or only writing. You need to have at least 23 photos uploaded to create a photobook.

If you've uploaded at least 23 photos taken during the previous month, you should receive a photobook design early the following month. If you haven't uploaded 23 photos, please try adding more to your album.

Unfortunately, the app only generates and delivers ready-to-order photobook designs for the previous month. However, you can still create your own from scratch.

Photobook suggestions will be automatically generated if 23 or more photos taken in the previous month have been uploaded to the album. Photobook suggestions are created using photos selected according to certain rules, which include date and time taken, visibility settings, facial expressions, and comments on the photos. You can edit the contents and title of photobook suggestions if you like.

There may be some slight differences that arise during printing. Please take this into account before placing your order.

Some photos may seem darker when printed out compared to viewing them on a smartphone. Photos taken indoors on a smartphone may not have sufficient lighting. This might cause them to appear grainy when enlarged.

We recommend using photos that were taken in a well-lit area and don't appear out of focus or grainy on your smartphone. You can also use a separate program or app to adjust the brightness of your photos before uploading them.
