FamilyAlbum Premium can be used immediately after registration and confirmation of payment.
Items should arrive 7-10 days (within Japan) or 2-3 weeks (overseas address) after placing an order.
- In some cases, items may take longer to reach Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other islands in Japan.
- Expected delivery times may differ during peak demand times and holiday seasons, and vary according to manufacturing, weather, and traffic conditions.
FamilyAlbum Premium: Transactions will follow the same procedures laid out by Apple Inc and Google LLC.
Print products: We accept credit cards and mobile payments. Billing times may vary depending on your credit card or mobile provider.

We're very sorry, but we don't offer refunds for FamilyAlbum Premium. If you would like to stop using Premium, please cancel your subscription.
